Muscle Activation.
Whether you are a runner, desk worker, gym lover or need to feel better on a day to day basis - this video is for you! This is designed to allow you to explore your movement as it is and to improve it as you would like.
You will need very little space, only you and your limbs to start with (although there are suggestion for household items), you can add light weights later, but this is about activation!
Upper body, Lower body, Stabilising muscles and a general understanding throughout. I lead you through a 22 minute session and if you need to pause, move on or just stay with me, all the options are there.
Please remember this video is about "Activation", it is designed to be about the quality of movement and not necessarily about the quantity of it. That will follow - speaking of following, I will be uploading a stretch video very soon.
